Based on the computer simulation technology, a new type of radio fuze RF system simulation method is proposed in this paper. As system modularized, each part is designed and simulated respectively to establish the database of each module and finally the database is integrated into the system simulation. Using VC + + simulation control interface is built and it can control the system design and simulation and graph simulation results. Accordingly, this paper content can be summarized as follows:Critical devices of board-level circuit are designed and simulated. Firstly introduces medium oscillator, amplifiers and mixers, and puts forward relevant theoretical knowledge of each module design steps. Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of dielectric resonator oscillators(DRO), amplifiers and mixers is introduced, and the design steps of each module are proposed. Then respectively to the corresponding modules are designed and simulation results achieved index requirements. Then, using DESIGNER RF simulation software the corresponding modules are designed respectively and the simulation results achieve the engineering application index. Using HFSS RF simulation software a dielectric resonator is designed, with which the circuit of DRO is built. A two-stage amplifier is designed meeting the requirements of low noise and high output power. A branch linear coupler is designed, with which the circuit of balanced mixer is built. The design and simulation above are instructive to the similar circuit.The simulation of radio fuze RF system is studied and the interface of system simulation is built. The methods of calculating the pattern of fuze antennas and the characteristics of target echo are discussed, then with these methods the pattern and echo signal are obtained. Combining simulation of board-lever circuit with computing of fuze antennas pattern,the simulation was made for fuze system. In three different simulation ways, fuze RF system is simulated from different perspectives. The interactions of transmitting and receiving system are studied, the influence of antenna coupling and range gate to system signal is simulated. The interface of system simulation is built which can control the system design and simulation and graph simulation results.
