With the digitallization and informatization of modern warfare, the tactical aircrafts rely on modern communication technology for sharing information among combat platforms, optimizing,deploying and using the battlefield information resource, thereby increasing the overall combat capability. The aviation data link network has excellent performance in such highly efficient communication systems,attracting more and more attention and being the great efforts to develop for satisfying demands for future air combat.The aviation data link network has the features of high-speed, Real-time, broadband, flexible network structure, quick initialization network,fast entering network and so on. With it's support,the tactical aircrafts are able to base on the self-organized network with low latency time to transmit alarm and other Real-time information, exchange instant enemy-posture, share the machine-status of friends, arms control parameters and other information,and significantly improve data-exchange capability in and among groups and the overall combat capability of fighter groups which in the network.First of all,in this paper,combined with the cutting-edge development of the current aviation data link technology, the overall framework of the network and the structure of TDMA frame are designed. Secondly, this paper proposes network initialization plan base on the combination of direction antenna and omni-directional antenna, and time slot allocation algorithm which designed for this data link. Last but not least, the aviation data link is modeled and simulated using the OPNET network simulation software. Theoretical analysis and simulation results from two aspects demonstrate the feasibility of the scheme and the performance of this data link.
