Embedded negative pressure gauge, which is compose of embedded technology, sensor technology, electron technology, artificial intelligence and automatic control technology, attracted many scientific workers'attention in recent years. Embedded negative pressure gauge measurement and control system is no longer a simple hardware entity, but a complex system combined of hardware and software. It needs to have not only high precision and high reliability, but also good expansibility, man-machine interactive platform, software control, superior data processing and network transmission and other functions.By analyzing the current research situation of the negative pressure gauge, a negative pressure gauge control system with low-power consumption, high performance was designed, which was based on embedded microprocessor and embedded real time operating system WinCE. The system includes detection subsystem, decision-making sub-system, communication subsystem and execution subsystem etc. Details of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, the development and application of negative pressure gauge were illustrated, and its architecture was described in detail. The control system structure and mechanical architecture of negative pressure gauge based on ARM were outlined.Secondly, the hardware of the negative pressure gauge control system based on ARM was designed. The detailed design of core-board, power supply, pressure detection, motor drive, serial communication, reset system, USB&JTAG interface, human-computer interaction and other hardware circuits was given. According to the principle of PCB and the anti-interference measures, the printed circuit board (PCB) was designed. The main problems encountered in the hardware designing were summarized.Finally, the software of the negative pressure gauge control system based on ARM was designed. According to S3C2440A programming system, the software program of physical layer was written, on this basis, WinCE operating system was transplanted to S3C2440, including EBOOT and Kernel Configuration, compiler, formation and burning. The application software, including pressure detection, motion control etc., as well as the host computer monitoring software were programmed. In addition, the problems frequently encountered in the software designing were given.Embedded negative pressure gauge control scheme adopts the fuzzy control algorithm. Output control quantity controls the pressure of tank through dc motor ultimately.
