In this paper, Organically-Structured Control (OSC) approach based on state observer for complex large-scale system is studied in accordance with the change of the structure of the system and the structure information process. The main work is as follows.First of all, the concept of OSC presented by Siljak is expanded. The OSC problem based on state observer for interconnected large-scale system is discussed according to autonomous decentralized control theory, and then the problem is transformed into a linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem. The sufficient condition of the robust decentralized connective stabilization for this kind of system is obtained based on state observer.Secondly, the concept and the mathematical model of expanding construction large-scale system are introduced. Based on the theory of expanding construction large-scale system, the new subsystem is added to the original system which contains the observer, by Laypunov stability analysis and autonomous decentralized control theory. The controller and the observer for the new subsystem are given. The problem of stabilization for the subsystem is solved. Under the expanding construction situation, the control performance of the former system is not changed. The robust decentralized connective stabilization for the expanding construction is considered. The LMI condition of robust decentralized connective stabilization of expanding construction large-scale system based on state observer is deduced according to the uncertainties of the interconnection and the construction by using the methods of LMI and the disconnection of matrix. The design method of the controller and the observer are given under the LMI condition.Thirdly, the simulation research of the systems is done by using the two methods of above-mentioned. The simulation results show that the OSC method based on state observer for the interconnected large-scale system and the expanding construction large-scale system can not only be robust decentralized connective stabled, but also make the systems have better control performances.At last, the conclusion is drawn for the whole dissertation.
