Chemosensor that based on electrical signals or optical signals for the output signal, can detect specific molecules or ions selectively, is a probe with unique output signal, which is widely used in environmental monitoring and bio-medical testing. Chemosensors can be divided into electrochemical sensors, colorimetric chemosensors and fluorescent chemosensors. In this paper, we designed and synthesized three kinds of chemosensors for probing Zn+ and Hg2+ through observing the change of electrochemistry, color and fluorescence. They are including:1) a new chemosensor (FGFP) based on GFP analogue for probing Zn2+, FGFP can detect Zn2+in aqueous solution with excellent selectivity and high sensitivity; 2) a sensor (PGFP-1) based on GFP analogue with a pyridine group for detecting Zn2+and Hg2+ simultaneously; 3) a multi-channel chemosensor for Hg2+(Fc-Q).
