With the rapid development of satellite communication technology, data transfer method of the remote sensing satellite has been developed rapidly. By extending the range of frequency, spreading the application of CCSDS and digital data transferring, the data rate of the remote sensing satellite is becoming more and more high-speed. As a national satellite ground station, the data receiving service should be developed to adapt the new transfer method of the remote sensing satellite data at the same time. Especially in the high-speed data acquisition, it must be followed the CCSDS which demands the system being much more highly. In order to receive the data in CCSDS, we should understand the new method of satellite data transfer and master the form of CCSDS. What's more, we would try to apply the PCIE data bus to carry such a high-speed data processing and we are also programming the software to build a new data acquisition system.Firstly we study the basic principle and key technology of satellite data transfer, and compare the characteristic among FENGYUN-3 of China, METOP of Europe and NPP/NPPOESS of USA. At the same time, we also study key technologies of ground station receiving.Secondly, we study CCSDS, which includes the key technology of PCM telemetry, PCM telecontrol and AOS. Meanwhile, we introduce the concept and technique key points of VC and VCDU in CCSDS.Thirdly we receive data through the PCIE bus, and achieve the CCSDS data acquisition which is the base of the software designing.Finally, we design a data receiving software to get this whole project through. We discuss the software requirements, structure, package and some key portions.The analysis of satellite dada transferring in CCSDS brought forward in this thesis would not only provide the data acquisition products for the new generation of remote sensing satellite ground receiving, but also provide some valuable reference for the international satellite data sharing project.
