The reservoir-type Pulverizer Pulverizing System is widely used in China power plant coal pulverizing system, although the milling system is reliable, convenient maintenance, strong adaptability to the coal, but Mill Pulverizing System is a multi-variable, strong coupling, large delay, time-varying complex systems, it is difficult to use precise mathematical model to describe, the traditional parameters of the controller is the artificial creation, it do not have the parameters self-tuning function. Therefore, the stability of the milling system at this stage can not solve the problem automatically, thus do not achieve the economic operation of the system. Conventional coal pulverizer pulverizing system is mainly used three sets of independent PID control loop to control, there is a strong coupling between various circuits, so, basically the milling system is used to manually control the running, it can not prevent the occurrence of accidents, such as the block of coal pulverizer will appear, running powder, over-temperature. Not only increased the plant's operating costs, have wasted valuable energy, the general status is inefficient energy-intensive operation of such equipment. How to achieve the industry's economic performance of Pulverizer System has been the focus of attention.By means of in-depth analysis and discussion of structure and working characteristics pulverizing coal mill system, upon review of the relevant mill control methods at home and abroad based on the information, proposed a fuzzy controller based on coordination level of fuzzy control algorithm, on this basis, coal pulverizer fuzzy control system has been designed. System control functions mainly by the temperature fuzzy controller, the negative pressure, load the coordination of fuzzy controller composed of four parts. It gives the overall design of the control system program, For introducing details of the implementation process of the fuzzy algorithm, by processing the input variable fuzzy, the establishment of fuzzy control rules, the using of fuzzy rules achieved Fuzzy Implication computing, at last, after a clear output-based computing come to the actual amount of control, algorithm of fuzzy rules is an important and indispensable part of the Fuzzy Control Algorithm. It reflects the mill control personnel in long-term experience and knowledge. Based on the overall design of the program, it is simulating and analyzing for Fuzzy Control Algorithm. By the amount of system simulation diagram of the comparison studies have shown that coordination-level fuzzy control algorithm has a good applicability. It can effectively resolve Mill Pulverizing System of the strong coupling problem between the multi-variable.It laid the foundation for achievement stability and automatically of Mill Pulverizing System. While it improvs the automation level of the overall unit.
