During the operation of emergency communication system, human error, hackers or virus attacks,system software or hardware defects and other factors may cause data loss or corruption. The loss of data files would undermine the integrity and availability of data, the damage to the operating system would affect the normal operation of emergency communication system. However, constrained by various factors, it is unrealistic to equip with specialized equipment and personnel that used to overhaul the fault node. In this context, the data of the remote automatic recovery is particularly important, which has become a problem to be solved.Contraposing this problem, this article took emergency communication monitoring system as background, the research based on emergency communication monitoring system platform. operating system data and data backup recovery of data are researched which are based on the hierarchical and distributed multi-domain monitoring platform.The achievements researched are listed as follow:(1) In the current remote boot technology, PXE and BOOTTP, the compatibility of which hardware and software is poor, are supported by few of network cards. In this thesis, remote wake-up technology has been adopted which is based on Magic Packet. The technology would wake up failure nodes by sending Magic Packet format of the data frame to the remote node and process remote data recovery. The remote wake-up technology has been achieved and its security mechanisms of the technology have been made great improvements. The technology has the characters of better compatibility of hardware and software, and it is simple and easy to implement.(2) Snapshot technology is used for the incremental backup for data. This technique can generate data instantaneous image in a very short period of time which is used to snapshot of a backup. Snapshot backup is fast and less memory waste of resources. In addition, breakpoint backup and recovery is achieved by recording backup and restore breakpoints position. Thus, continuity of backup and recovery in emergencies is ensured.(3) In the data recovery module, multi-threaded data recovery mechanisms has been designed, The mechanism based on the system load balancing, concurrent to recover data from multiple nodes. Not only the problem of insecure single-threaded recovery has been solved, but also the data recovery efficiency has been greatly improved. Ultimately the purpose of an efficient data recovery is achieved.Based on the studies above-mentioned, combined with emergency communications systems, the simulation platform based on hierarchical and distributed multi-domain monitoring architecture has been built which are to validate the achievements of this thesis. System test results showed that when failure occurs,remote data recovery system can recover of operating system by a reliable and efficient way. Data files can be carried out on-line or breakpoints of backup and recovery as well. It is achieved the purpose of remote data automatic recovery.
