| With the rapid development of information technology and computer network, people from all walks of field place more and more importance on how to take advantage of technology to improve the management. In universities and colleges, counselors from students' departments have to deal with a lot of complicated information about the students. Some use the traditional material like papers to handle it or the office software like word and excel which takes much time and energy and has low efficiency; some use the stand-alone Information Management System which can't have good opening features and easily lead to "Island of Information". How to improve the use ratio of resource to make sure the standard management and quick inquiry of information has become a key point in the management and research of student's information.What have been researched here is based on the above problems. We'll develop a small Student Information Management System about B/S structure according to the needs of counselors from student's departments in Hanshan Normal University.In the thesis, we introduce the process of system development. Firstly, we discuss the background, purpose and meaning of the selected topic. Then the related network technology and data base in the system will be introduced. In the development of this system, the Microsoft.NET is the Build Environment; the SQL Server 2000 is the background data base; the Visual Studio 2005 is the development tool. The ASP.NET is used to achieve the change of dynamic data base and code generation of WebPages. The whole process of systematic analysis, design, achievement and test is discussed in details. Besides, some Implantation Codes is presented. Finally the system can not only complete the input and output of the information, but it can also add, amend, inquire and delete the data. Altogether the system can achieve 8 patterns namely organization structuring, class structuring, registration management, facility management, party and league management, system management, personal information and information inquire. The characteristics of the system are stable in performance, complete in function, harmonious in User Interface and simple in operation. |
