| Back in 1996 IEFT (Internet Engineering Task Force) make the mobile Internet discussion paper, namely, Mobile IP protocol RFC2002, the agreement to address when the mobile node moves from one wireless subnet to another one wireless subnet to keep going communication continuity. The protocol is based on the existing IPv4 network protocol, provide a way to increase mobile agent, act as mobile node from one region to another region handoff bridge, although in theory maintain the continuity of live communication, but the effect is not very satisfactory because of the "triangle route" and the handoff latency problems. For these deficiencies, theorists made many improvements, including hierarchical routing optimization mechanism and an agent management and rapid, smooth handoff mechanism. IPv6 in their agreement to add the mobility support than IPv4 achieved by adding external devices to maintain the move was an improvement, but IPv6 is designed to solve the shortage of IP addresses, the protocol itself does not have full mobility. For these two problems, the paper describe mobile IP protocols work mechanism in detail, although the improvements related to mobile IP in a way to relieve the "triangle route" and the switching delay problem, but not difficult to find, in order to achieve the IP mobility purpose, the system has paid a high cost. Existing programs have adopted mobile agent technology, whether it is IPv4 or IPv6, the Mobile IP protocol needs the support of the home agent, which inevitably "triangle routing" and up delay problem.This paper presents a new "direct routing mobile IP solution." The program is based on a new mobile Internet IP address structure to be constructed, by increasing the IP address of the identity attributes, make the IP address not only can identify the properties of the host location, but also can identify the property of the host identity. The mobile IP network using the IP address no longer need the support of mobile agents, no longer have the concept of home area. It can really support direct routing. In order to solve the problem of handoff delay, the program uses the soft-switching technology, through the threshold based on signal strength of the soft switch, can achieve seamless transitions. The switching technology also take the start switching strategy based the hysteretic margin that can avoid ping-pong effect.Finally, the implementation of new programs are described, mainly new mobile IP registration process and the mobile node's cross-soft switch process, the analysis shows that the scheme is the direct routing and seamless switching characteristics. |
