Based on the background of future remote sensing satellites needs, This thesis research on the application of Advanced Orbiting System(AOS) in the high data rate space link, which is based on the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems(CCSDS) recommendation for AOS.According to the effective data length, the length dynamic changes of invalid data in the characteristics of remote sensing satellite data, the'dynamic changes of the effective data area'approach was builded in data frame format, the length dynamic changes data can still be embedded in a unified data format, and completed the design and simulink of FPGA ,the design of hardware.Due to system restrictions, the CRC and scrabling in the data stream can only deal with parallel.Based on the principle of the scrambling and CRC, the design and execution of parallel processing was deduced and realized.Equipment to facilitate debugging, testing and monitoring, the test system was designed and implemented.
