With the rapid development of wireless networks. Transmission technology used in more advanced and complex, network equipment is becoming more diverse, but the technology has always been towards greater cost-efficiency services to provide users with the direction of the face of conventional transmission channel with limited resources, how to provide users with more high-speed information access? ---- Every communication technology need to face developers. In this case, the traditional use of a single transmission channel is facing increasing difficulties, and multi-channel integration was pointed us a new direction.Based on our own intellectual property rights of the communication standard: TD-SCDMA system, the ideas of visible light communication with the communication network presented a mixture , in contrast to the current cutting edge of the visible light communication technology, was found downstream use of visible light communication technology, using the TD-SCDMA up technology, to combine the advantages of two kinds of technology to provide users with high-speed downlink transmission rate for visible light and to avoid difficulties in communication technology, the ultimate realization of beneficial technologies.Author worked on the Fuxin branch of China Mobile, the company began to TD-SCDMA network building, after a phase of operation and network optimization, TD standard although the standard compared with other two kinds of users in the network coverage and capacity have advantages, but its disadvantage of slow speed data services, severely limit the development of TD-SCDMA operations, enhance the rate of data service operation and maintenance personnel of all the expectations of TD-SCDMA, fortunately, been upgraded HSDPA, TD-SCDMA terminal value of the download rate has reached the actual test 1Mbps, in the year 2010 HSUPA business opening soon, but the download rate is still and there is a gap WCDMA, WCDMA catch up and even more than the download speed, how to become possible, this is the answer author are looking for.This paper argues TD-SCDMA and visible light communications is opening the possibility of hybrid systems, and to achieve the ultimate goal of the system, in combination with TD-SCDMA and the advantages of visible light communication technology, the innovative hybrid communications network made plans based on and technology, to complete the TD-SCDMA communication with the visible light hybrid system.
