With the development of computer technology, simulation technology plays an essential role in the planning and management of port. However, it is still a challenge for scientific workers that make the container terminal simulation system to be more close to the real system with a limited computational consumption,and the establishment and application of the simulation system to be more scientific and effective with a effective evaluation for the accuracy and reliability of the simulation model.The container terminal forefront logistic system was traded as a whole for the problems mentioned above. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the containership entities and other elements in the system and the statistics of various stochastic processes and variables, a feasible logical model was suggested. Simultaneously, a corresponding simulation system model was established by Arena 11.0, in which the input parameters such as the vessel arrival law, berthing method, shore length, container volume distribution, quay cranes and weather condition were dealt with distinct ways. The average waiting time and AWT/AST are indicators. Systematically analyze the influence to the results with the different selection of parameters and treatment on the module, which provide reference for specific container port simulation and help managers to improve the operation environment and management strategies in the existing system, increasing the rate of resource utilization and reducing the cost of operation.Based on the analysis of module treatment and the comparison of various appraisal method and application condition, analyze the reliability of a specific container terminal forefront logistic system by using rigorous mathematical analysis, expert method, AHP and GRAP. Meanwhile, the AHP and GRAP were compared, providing reliability analysis references for port model.
