With the development of requirements engineering, people come to realize the importance of requirements acquisition and analysis, they are the key to the success of software development, but the traditional requirements acquisition and analysis methods have been unable to satisfied the needs of modern science, it is very important to acquire user requirements fast and accurately, to make accurate analysis, to display them clearly, so users and developers can easily understand.Firstly, the related knowledge of requirements engineering, domain engineering, ontology and UML language was discussesed in this thesis. After analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current requirements acquisition and analysis methods based on ontology and based on UML, along with the consistency of ontology and UML graphics symbol expression, the requirements acquisition and analysis methods based on ontology and UML was proposed. Then the domain ontology construction method and the method using UML class diagrams to represent the ontology was studied, built domain ontology about medicine superintends, and displayed it using UML. After that, the requirements acquisition and analysis methods based on magic platform was designed: the requirements acquisition was proceeded by users, and the requirements analysis was divided to two parts, text analysis and graphical analysis, at the same time, assist with model consistency testing function. Finally, the requirements analysis system was designed and realized based on magic platform. The practice shows that, the domain requirements model become more intuitive and the analysis results were more accurate through the system, in addition, the ontology knowledge can be reused in other areas which acquired through the system, to improve the reusability of knowledge.
