With the development of the information and network technology,Embedded systems are increasingly and widely used.CAN bus has many superiority in it and has been developed to process control,robotics and other areas of intelligent control and sensor.more and more industrial equipment using CAN bus network to be a composed of distributed control system.at the same time with TCP/IP protocol based on Ethernet has a long-distance transmission,communications and other convenient features,is not only widely used in business but also entered the field of industrial control area. Based on CAN Bus and Ethernet, the extensive application of Ethernet fieldbus devices on the real-time control and information transfer has become a hotspot of current research.The study based on the theory of Ethernet network model and the CAN bus, the hardware platform with ARM7, software platform isμC/OS-II for the embedded operating system. after the hardware connection and software design, it makes effective real-time information conversion on the CAN bus protocol and the TCP/IP protocol, realize the interconnection of Ethernet and CAN bus,so that users of the site host computer Ethernet took a CAN-bus access and control nodes,realize the remote monitoring of the production site.In this paper, CAN bus and Ethernet protocol to do a more in-depth research, in-depth analysis of the TCP/IP protocol stack, according to the need for the hardware design, and the system board. With an embedded operating system,μC/OS-II as a platform, designed the TCP/IP-CAN protocol conversion service program, and ultimately of the CAN bus node information to the Ethernet host computer to send real-time information.During the TCP/IP-CAN protocol conversion system design process, on-site CAN bus and Ethernet protocol to do a more in-depth research, in-depth analysis of the TCP/IP protocol stack and on-site CAN bus protocol frame of the composition and transport mechanisms to high-speed ARM7 processor LPC2294 as the core, designed a set of ARM-based TCP/IP-CAN protocol conversion system in accordance with the need for the hardware design system board. In-depth analysis of theμC/OS-II operating system kernel operating system and its internal functional components, completed theμC/OS-II operating system on the target board of the transplant, and the preparation based onμC/OS-II operating system's TCP/IP-CAN protocol conversion service program, and ultimately the scene CAN bus signal to the Ethernet data integration and transmission of intelligence.
