And the problems of miniaturization and broadband is an important part of the research on wireless communication. So active receiving antennas rise people's attention.The background and the development history are introduced firstly, Then the theoretical basis of active network is analyzed, as well as the noise characteristics and the problem of non-linear are introduced. In this part, the principle of negative impedance conversion and the forms and size of the antenna are analyzed and decided, the stability of active receiving antenna based on the negative impedance is analyzed, and proposed a new way to improve the stability. though comprehensive consideration of the active receiving antenna stability, noise figure, pass band, linearity and matching the performance, the active receiving antenna based on negative resistance are conducted an overall design, then simulation and test, the result is that the antenna is potable, low noise and wide-band through simulation and test.The research is mainly about active receiving antennas. Through the analysis and comparison of some active receiving antennas'design method, a broadband active receiving antenna is designed which is based on the negative impedance conversion. After according the simulations and tests, we can prove that this kind of antenna has high sensitivity and broadband characteristic. The active receiving antennas is realized by using the large-scale integrated circuits so that it is very convenient, and it has simple structure,strong resistance to interference and high reliability. |
