Cluster system is the first choice for large-scale parallel computing systems in recent years comparing with the previous supercomputers the cluster uses the loosely coupled system architecture A cluster system is usually composed of the number of dependented computers, but each separate cluster node is not especially designed, so that inevitably lead to reliability and stability of cluster concerns This requires a dedicated high-speed Internet network to all independent nodes connected together channeling machine, but the network must have high availability, scalable, high performance, high stability and a series of features Cluster communication network will directly affect the ability of cluster. so the current inter-cluster communication has become a research hotspot.This article describe about an existing computer communication technology, in-depth study of the current popular technology of communication, and comparing with them. And summarizes the current increase communication efficiency of several effective ways, such as user-level communication and enhance the network interface function and so on.(1):Proposed the specific optimization methods for the current cluster system, and describes its implementation of the specific model for communication optimization, it also provides a specific direction for communication optimization.(2):Introducing the cluster system architecture, optimize communication protocol of the node machine, also strengthen the network interface functions as the main direction of the cluster. for communication optimization(3):Introducing a foreign user-level Myrinet communication protocol, but because of its source code is not open, and realize its capabilities to use a special business card and the switch, it also takes a large cost, this paper describe the communication protocol of mvia, and by modifying the generic 1000 Gigabit Ethernet driver to achieve a user-level communication. Through experimental evaluation, performance is better and free of charge, for entirely non-high-end cluster computing practical.(4):Above this, mainly through the bottom of the communication protocol has been optimized. In this paper, the upper communication protocol also done some work. At the user level of MPICH it modifies the buffer data structure to save the user space, through its buffer pool parameters setting of the array, increasing the amount of information each time of its memory registration, decrease the amount of memory registration,optimize the communication performance of cluster...
