The Processing Of The Criminal Images Based On Wavelet Transform

With economic development and the advancement of technology, the technology of image processing played a growing role in the fight against illegal and criminal cases,especially in terms of solving criminal cases,and it can provide trial evidence and clues for investigating crimes, define our research directions, narrow the detection range and condition to detect. The criminal image is difficult to the post identification and application due to some factors,such as, the the methods for obtaining and image quality. In this paper, the new theory of wavelet transform is applied to the criminal image compression, denoising and bluring.The process will reduce the impact of noise on the fingerprint image, keep useful details, remove the blur and ensure optimal image results.At first, the wavelet transform in image processing, image processing status of the development process and the content of this paper are introduced.
