| In recent years, the participation of the public to the administrative organs of the administrative activities has a certain degree of progress, the participation in administrative legislation, administrative decision making,the field of urban planning and environmental protection is on a high level, however, especially in the field of administrative law enforcement of urban management law enforcement fields the condition is not so good. Lack of public participation in urban management law enforcement, the participation of the public rights is low.Urban management law enforcement of administrative law enforcement activities administrative behavior and administrative relative person and the social public communication is lack of effective interaction. And in today’s society, the urban management enforcement, has caused many negative social problems, not only damage the legitimate rights and interests of the administrative relative person and the social public, but also to a certain extent,hinder the construction of law and order.Public participation is a necessary means to safeguard legitimate rights and interests of the public. The paper includes four parts. Part one is the introduction,mainly elaborated the background, value and research methods of the paper. Part two is the basic condition of the research and investigation questionnaire, the data is shown in the combination form of chart, tabulation and script, and then analyze the data. Part three presents the problems of public participation on urban management enforcement of Guiyang which is based on the analysis of the data of investigation questionnaire. Part four puts some suggestions, such as the design of information publicity system to promote public participation in urban management law enforcement work. |
