The21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the role ofintellectual capital in the creation of wealth has become increasinglyprominent, as bearers of intellectual capital, knowledge workers becomecompetitive core resources. Research shows that employee engagementpositively correlated with organizational performance, and therefore,improve the knowledge-based employee engagement, and businesscommunities to become theoretical issues of common concern.Management practices since the1970s show that the corporate culturemanagement as a new management approaches, managementdevelopment to become the new trend is that companies play a key role inthe cultural identity; country is a big manufacturing country, is currentlyin the industrial structure adjustment, the critical period oftransformation and upgrading of enterprises, knowledge workersengagement, the relationship between the success of businessdevelopment. Our research enterprise culture started late, is somethingnearly20years, the lack of research on the correlation analysis ofcorporate culture, knowledge workers in the manufacturing sector as theresearch object, the focus of this paper Analysis of corporate culture andemployee engagement degree of recognition between the two therelationship between culture and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and construction companies.What part of this study include:1.The use of literature analysis, knowledge workers, recognition ofthe theory of corporate culture, employee engagement summarize,combing, drawing previous research results, pointing out the lack ofresearch laid the theoretical foundation for writing papers;2.On the basis of review of the relevant theories, building corporateculture and employee engagement degree of recognition of the relationalmodel, and proposed three hypothesis on this basis, to build thequestionnaire;3.Select the Wenzhou area manufacturing knowledge workers for thesurvey, questionnaire pre-testing, test reliability and validity of thequestionnaire;4.The recovered formal questionnaire empirical analysis, the threeconclusions: corporate culture degree of recognition of theknowledge-based employee engagement significantly correlated;corporate culture degree of recognition for knowledge workers dedicateda significant predictor; differences affect relevant variables manufacturingenterprise knowledge workers degree of cultural identity;5.According to empirical results, a number of suggestions toimprove the degree of recognition of the corporate culture.
