| As the major representatives of participation in politics among women, female civil servants break the situation of long term men’s occupation in politics which raises the social status of women and promotes the overall progress of society. This paper combines female civil servants with career development to study which is aimed at promoting the smooth development of female civil servants’career.Based on the related research on gender theory and related theory of career management, this paper carries out data calculation and analysis the annual development of female civil servants and male civil servants, reflects the development status of female civil servants accurately with the combination of author’s practice in government for many years and summarizes the special difficulties of female civil servants facing in career development. Then, it analyzes the influencing factors causing the difficulties from four levels which are women themselves, organizations, government and society culture and analyzes it with details. At last, it raises the solution to the career difficulties of female civil servants to promote the career development of female civil servants. |
