Civil servants are the main body of national governance.Both male and female civil servants participate in the management of social public affairs.With the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the development of the democratic process,more and more women are involved in social activities,and the identity and status of women have been improved to a certain extent.The number of women participating in politics in my country has gradually increased.However,women in my country are in the process of participating in politics.There are also a series of inequality problems between men and women-insufficient organizational support,traditional cultural confinement,role conflicts in "work-family",difficulties faced by childbirth,cutting-edge power deficiency,career ceiling phenomenon and so on.Based on above,this article sets out from the perspective of equality between men and women,guided by research on gender theory and career development theory,combed through relevant domestic and foreign literature,combined with the results of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,and used multi-disciplinary knowledge to provide a comprehensive analysis of an investigation on the development status of female civil servants at the grass-roots level in Xinhua District,Cangzhou City,Hebei Province,analyzes the plight of female civil servants in their career development,and proposes solutions to the inequality of male and female civil servants in the development of at the system,social,family and personal levels. |
