| The goal that Marx pursue is the liberation of mankind. When he was young, he pondered the freedom and development of human beings, and freedom became the core values of the Marxism. What Marx thought when he was young were how could human beings gain liberation and freedom, What was the true freedom and what kind of freedom did the proletariat must obtain ? These are the basic concepts of Marx’s view of freedom.From the previous academic researches on it we find that,the formation of its view of freedom is also a historical development process, which means at different times that he lived, his view and angle on freedom revealed the trajectory of the formation and development of his view of freedom. Among these researches, some inherited the outstanding achievements of our predecessors, also some beyond them.With the development of the academic study of the Marx doctrine is more and more thorough, we update ours’ understanding of Marx’s view of freedom and it requires us to study the concept of freedom much more detailed and deeper。All of these have practical significance on urging people to realize their self value and pursue freedom rationally. Especially, it has more far-reaching significance in our socialist country.Briefly, this paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter one are the definition of freedom and a summary of how to realize freedom. Chapter two is an overview of the theoretical background of Marx’s theory of freedom, including the freedom theory of ancient Greek, Rome period, the middle ages, the British experience, pie, rationalism, the French Enlightenment, German classical philosophy. Chapter three analyzes the forming process of Marx’s view of freedom, including germination, formation,transformation and its further development. Chapter four discusses the theoretical breakthrough of Marx’s view of freedom from three aspects that are what is true freedom, the subject of freedom and the community of freedom. |
