The caste system is a special cultural phenomenon, is not widespread in the world, only exists in South India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and other regions. One of the most representative is the caste system of India. Caste system in I ndia has continued the development of thousands of years, continued to the present day is derived from a series of social problems. But at this stage in India society, caste and politics in India, caste and party, caste and political democratization, caste and social struggle in India and are inseparable, affecting India all aspects of society, to the positive and negative effects of certain for India politics.India political system although the realization of parliamentary democracy, the separation of the three powers of pattern formation, but has been weakening of judicial system and legislative system makes the concentration of power in the administrative system, it is difficult to achieve true democracy. Democracy needs from various sectors of the voice in the development process, the need for different power to promote social development in the process of using balance. Then the party in the election to rely solely on the forces behind the already difficult to possess, caste forces become the key factors about the political situation, so the impact analysis of the development of the caste system of democracy is the key. But regardless of caste parties or caste Association, what role to play in the process of political democratization, the all the slave society, feudal society of old system continues, in the present society emphasizes open, free and equal concept out of tune. The caste system as the people of India the most hated system, its appearance is not to have anything to do with India modern politics, just continue to the present objective of democratic political cause certain effect. So we should be rational view of the caste system, first in respect of its position in the India traditional culture, religious culture, second, in the present emphasis open and democratic idea to recognize the caste system of weakening trend. India also need to be in constant development gradually breaking the caste politics relatively independent pattern through the improvement of the system and mechanism, let the caste system in the process of political democratization in as far as possible to play a positive role.In this research is based on the theory of international relations as the foundation, combined with sociology, political science and religion related theories, in the caste system in India as a starting point, to study the influence of the caste system in India in the development of democratic politics. The specific point of view, this paper first carries on the elaboration from two aspects, on the India democratic political system are introduced, analyzed its democratic political basis and the political system, and introduced the caste system of the current impact on the people of India, the final will be the two aspects of integration, discusses the influence of caste system on India’s democratic politics, then focuses on the analysis of the influence of the caste system of India politics, and discussed from two aspects of positive and negative effects. Finally, based on the analysis of their own understanding of the caste system how to play an active role in the political democratization in India and India society, as far as possible to e liminate discrimination and inequality, provide the basis for better environment for the development of democratic politics.
