A Study On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization From The Perspective Of Grassroots Government Governance

The construction of rural ecological civilization is a big engineering, and thepaths to promote from basic-level government as governance subject are alsosystematic methodology systems. Keys to the success of the rural ecologicalcivilization construction depend on whether the government realizes their dominantposition and consciously assume the obligations and responsibilities and takethe initiative. The current rural public ecological consciousness is plain and thin,which has become obstacles of the construction of rural ecological civilization.Therefore, ecological civilization education dominantEd by basic-level government isparticularly important.This article study better service for the construction of rural ecologicalcivilization from the point of basic-level government. It will develop some experiencecontributing to improvement of rural production and living environment and rethinksome prominent problems by researching construction of ecological civilization. Andthen, these problems would be solved through the grassroots government. This articlesummarizes the construction of rural ecological civilization governed bybasic-level government and work out the questions and resolves them throughcombining theory with practice.This article contains four parts. The first part introduces basic connotation of theconstruction of rural ecological civilization and relevant grassroots governmentfunction theory. The second part analyzes the current rural ecological statu whichincludes achievement and crisis, and states systematically performance ofconstruction of rural ecological civilization and five questions of rural ecologicalcivilization. The third part deeply analyzes the cause of the problems mentionedabove. The part four discusses concrete strategies of basic-level governmentimproving the construction of rural ecological civilization.
