| ShenJiaben had a very profound influence on the legal development history of China. After he researched the essence of Chinese traditional feudal law, he learned from the ideas and principles of Western capitalism, and then combined the two system. He tried to save the country by changing the law. On the whole, ShenJiaben inheritted the traditional laws of critical thinking. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is of individual and social multi-angle analysis of the causes for ShenJiaben’s legal thought; the second part summarizes that ShenJiaben how inheritted the Chinese traditional law; Part III discusses the auspices of the Late Qing Dynasty in the practice of law embodied in the "Bo protracted foreign " legal thinking; and the last part analyzes the legal thought of ShenJiaben from pros and cons.In the end, draw the conclusion that although the legal though of ShenJiaben has limitations, it has played a pioneering role in the Chinese legal process. |
