Research On The Protection System Of Computer Software In China Under The Background Of Cloud Computing

The emergence of cloud computing, making significant changes occurred in the field of information technology, provides us with a new business model and way of life, at the same time, China’s intellectual property right protection system also faces enormous challenges,as well as traditional copyright protection. As the core of information technology in the country, computer software industry is part of the object of copyright, the protection system will also be tested by cloud computing. In this paper, the relationship between science technolog and intellectual property rights system is took into account, which leads to the impact on the entire copyright system from cloud computing, and then focus on the computer software perspective, specific analysis of computer software protection system in China under the background of the drawbacks of cloud computing is maked, finally,according to China’s actual situation, the road of the future of computer software protection system is explored.In the first chapter, the origins, concepts, features, as well as future development prospects of cloud computing is described simply, which make readers to understand cloud computing.In the second chapter, the impact on the whole copyright system from cloud computing is analyzed.In the third chapter, the existing computer software protection system in China is introduced, the copyright is protected by copyright protection, and then the specific impact on the protection of computer software from cloud computing is analyzed.In the fourth chapter, from the perspective of copyright and patent to improve the protection of computer software systems under the cloud computing environment is analyzed respectively.
