A Study On Luo Xingjia People In Myanmar Since The 1940s

Since the year 2008,The Rohingya Issues were pushed into the cusp by networks and medias,people was surprised to found that how Rohingya information deficient at such highly developed information age.The subject of this study named “Rohingya Issues” is a general designation,to behalf the question of aethnic group which main ethnic groups living in the Myanmar Rakhine State,whom were called "Rohingya".The sum of the population of “Rohingyas”is no more than four million,it is a small ethnic group,but this small group has caused worldwide attention.About this ethnic group,almost all views have failed to reach an agreement in the international, “all opinions have disputes” is the greatest charm of the Rohingya Issues.Try to sort out the history of this enthic group, and to give the group an accurate position,which were the real intention of the author.At present, There are two mainly parts of discussions about The Rhingya Issues domestic and foreign: the first are the researches related to the Rohingya`s histoy and development before World War II; the second are the discribations and the follow-up studies about Rohingya Refugees Incidents after 2008. After learning the author found that the time division of Rohingya Issues by scholars is debatable. The origin, development and transformation of Rohingya Issues is precisely happened between the 1940 s to 2008,discussions missing of this period is one of the main reason why scholars were difficult to reach a consensus.Therefore,this article will research and discuss around this time period, and strive to achieve the following breakthroughs:Firstly, exactly defined the concepts of the research.At present many domestic and foreign research could not reach a consensus about the concepts of Rohingya Issues,if there can not make a clear definition to support the research,Rohingya Issues can not be discussed any more,let alone how to solve. Secondly, scientificly divided the time periods of the research. That means to correct the backtracking time of Rohingya`s history, this paper considers the Rohingyas whose history should be researched beginning from the 1940 s, rather than the mainstream 7-8 century or 15 th century.Thirdly, detailedly supplied the data of the research. The paper will suppy the absence historical data which the domestic researches do not have from 1940 s to 2008, the author try to use the screening method and the texting method, in order to complete the lack of the data which caused by Myanmar junta relatively closed policy and Western media tendentious reports. Fourthly, innovativly used the perspectives of the research. This paper is inclined to breakthrough from the two oppsite view which come from Myanmar Government and the Rohingyas, according to historical theory and test method as the main methodology, combined with more cross-disciplinary theory to analyze, research try to not follow what others have said, and strive to write down the history of Rohingya since 1940 s to the present comprehensively and authenticly.
