Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(Hereinafter referred to as ADHD) has been recognized as one of the mental and behavior disorders during one’s childhood to juvenile period. The ADHD would have a broad and lifetime negative effect on one’s studying, working and social activity if the patient do not have a proper treatment.The purpose of this thesis is to find an intervention training method for ADHD and hyperactivity child, and get proactive factors that will affect intervention training through long term intervention training research on ADHD and hyperactivity child.The thesis has two research objects, one of them is a boy, he was diagnosed as an ADHD patient. The other is a girl, she was assessed by psychologist as a hyperactivity patient. The research methods include case study, observational method, interviewing method, action research method and ABC designing. Among which, ABC designing include baseline(A)—2 weeks, intervention period(B)—18 months, Tracking and evaluation period(C)— 1 month.On the basis of concluding the domestic and overseas documents, this thesis will observe, interview and assess the two child firstly, describe and conclude their symptoms, then analyze it, finally make out an intervention training project for them according to the result. Family factor will be included in the training project. The training period will last for 18 months. They will be mainly treated by games, handmade works and also with multimedia, sports activities, in order to improve their health conditions. After the training, there are assessment and analysis in the thesis. Finally, by comparing and analyzing the two cases, the thesis will discuss the different results between them in their conditions, family background, parent’s quality, training process and achievement.Based on diagnosed as an ADHD patient with assessed by psychologist as a hyperactivity patient contrast analysis of training,by discussing and analyzing the result, the thesis conclude as follows:1、Based on treatment, combined multiple forms, intervention training can effectively improve two patient’s condition, especially in behaviors and emotion.2、A treatment with interesting games, attention training, sports and multimedia methods would be easily accepted by children, it is attractive for them to accept treatment.3、Intervention training project combined with specific condition of the children will improve the effect.4、Parents’ cooperation, the improvement of family environment will play a proactive role in intervention training.5 、 Intervention training project combined with drug therapy and psycho-behavioral intervention is more effective than single psycho-behavioral intervention, and the later will reduce the use of medicine.In the end, some intervention training suggestions for ADHD patients are put forward, and the researcher’s roles and research process are introspected as well as insufficient and prospect.
