In 2011, Jiangsu Province as the first pilot takes enrollment after registration among vocational colleges, which has led to high-scores and low-scores students in foreign language in the same classroom listening to the same teacher teaching the same context. And from 2011 to 2015 the majority enrollment pilot vocational colleges still used single teaching method, conservative teaching ideas, inflexible teaching objectives, etc., which can not meet the needs of foreign language teaching in public vocational enrollment under the background of reform and development, of vocational students learning a foreign language under the enrollment background. Based on the above, the reform of vocational study enrolled under common foreign language background imminent. Through the relevant issues and on the research and reading at home and abroad, and on the basis of previous analysis on the background of enrollment after registration, this paper explores foreign language teaching reform for public vocational school students accordingly.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I, describe the background of the research, and the research status of enrollment after registration from domestic and abroad. Chapter II introduces the theoretical basement of this paper. Chapters III, analyze the students’ situation from the perspective of two cases by using questionnaire form. Chapter IV, strategic analysis conducted under enrollment vocational background Foreign Language Teaching Reform, reform of vocational education should be made public in a foreign language teaching ability teaching methods, teaching content, evaluation system, and teachers in four aspects. Chapter V, conclude the main prospect and the problem waiting for solving.I hope this article has theoretical research forward reform registered public vocational school foreign language background under modest contribution.
