The only high temperature superconductor is the technology of digital media. This is sufficient for the research of Music visualization.In the technology of digital media, the tendency to visualize music is fairly strong and it has been extensively studied and well developed. Unifying sound and image is an ever-lasting pursuit, having appealed generations to study on, to realize the coalescence and fusion of external expression. This article touches on the project of unifying sound and image by presenting the ongoing research and humble views of the author.Visualization of music is a product of multi-sensory integration of synthetic art with unique, matchless art infectivity and expressiveness as an art form. Thus, by organically combining images and sounds during the research whereas drawing support from the differential advantages of various transmission, the author tries to explore the possibility of music visualization and refresh the aesthetic experiences of viewers.The creation model of digital media art mainly takes the visual image as core while auditory image as subsidiary in the expression of comprehensive audio-visual art with the aid of fast-changing technology. However, see whether or not creating exactly the opposite-centering on auditory images rather than visual expression-could produce more luxuriant audio and visual experience and better explore the subtle relevance between the differentiations of image and sound.The author selects representative pieces of Chinese traditional music to deconstruct by transferring into audio spectrum, including digitizing various indexes of melodies, resolving amplitude-frequency, hertz values, sound vibration cycle, wave lengths, analyzing the similarities and differences of diverse instruments and playing techniques, and the framework of different chapters. With the mentioned analyses, video-based animation is formed, who concludes the integrate features of melodies whilst visualizes the tempo and emotions of auditory images in an intuitive way. The digital transform of Chinese traditional music based on point-line-surface model not only well reflects the peculiarity of music but also forms images with Chinese culture connotation and aesthetic characteristics, such as lofty mountains with flowing streams, that strives to realize the Chinese music’s pursuit of artistic conception.
