The dialogue on the stage is aimed to express some information by voices. So exceptfor the physical actions which are acted by the actors, voice is also a method to createcharacters. Both of dialogues and appearances have their characteristics. According tothe personalities in the act, the actors can act the characters’ differences more vivid once they can figure out the characters’ voices.In the content and the form of this paper, the author will demonstrate this point from the theory and rehearsal experience:A:State the basic theory and characteristics of actors’ voices according to drama theory. Mainly focus on the personalities of characters and the ways to create the voices.B:Combined to experience in rehearsals, demonstrate how to figure out the characteristics of the voices with some examples. With the techniques of acting the characters, introduce how to create the voices and dialogues.C:The appendix of Drama—Doubt, this passage is about the analysis for this work before rehearsals, and the ideas after rehearsals.
