At present, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has become the focus of the Global Crisis Intervention in the field of clinical psychology. Post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD has a high incidence in youth groups, and earlier witnessed or experienced a traumatic event will cause the family Post -traumatic stress disorder.As a vicious life events, PTSD will seriously affect the individual’s physical and mental health development. If not timely intervention, deferment of sequelae may be associated with all its life, and the disease is often associated with comorbid mental disorders, harming the social and family functioning of the individual. Besides, It can always associate with severe symptoms or comorbid personality disorders, depression, drug abuse and cognitive problems, and other physical and mental health problems. Therefore, early family trauma caused by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has been a widespread concern in clinical psychology workers.In recent years, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) has been applied practice in psychiatric institutions and foreign schools.scholars have begun to try to study the localization of the therapy, and to explore the possibility of its application in school counseling and clinical interventions. Therefore, this study will focus on empirical therapy being applied to solve mental disorders trauma intervention of short-term PTSD adolescent, enhancing their recovery efficiency through professional skills intervention to.There will be a universal significance in special youth mental intervention study, clinical psychological intervention techniques complement, and the popularity of Solution Focused Brief Therapy.Research Purposes:1. To analyze the relationship among self-esteem, self harmonious and the mental health in family Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder teenagers, in order to provide the basis for solving Solution Focused Brief Therapy adolescent’s self-esteem, self harmony and trauma disorders.2. Through groups and individual intervention in empirical research, discuss the possibility of intervention effect by using Solution Focused Brief Therapy for family Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder adolescent’s psychological development.3. To provide a new way for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder teenagers’ psychological intervention by using Solution Focused Brief Therapy.Research methods:1. The survey methodMade a survy for 44 families post-traumatic stress disorder adolescent from a welfare institution in xi’an and 50 normal adolescents by using "Child and Adolescent Trauma Questionnaire Essen Chinese Edition," "Self-Esteem Scale," "self-harmony Scale" and "Mental Health Test" scale, then contrasted their extent of their trauma disorders, self-esteem, self-harmony level and extent of mental health.2. The experimental methodSelected 10 PTSD teenagers as experimental group,10 homogeneous PTSD teenagers as control group. Then make a intervention for the experimental group, and compared two groups’ difference before and after.3. The interview methodMade a deeply systematic intervention for three PTSD case and observed the intervention effects.The results of the study:1. The family PTSD teenagers’self-esteem, self-harmony and mental health levels were significantly lower than normal teenagers (p< 0.001), in addition to learning anxiety and self-accusation appeared no significant difference (p> 0.05), all other levels of dimension were significantly lower than normal adolescents (p< 0.001).2. The family PTSD teenagers’self-esteem, self harmonious total score, mental health scores were significantly correlated with trauma disorders all dimensions and trauma total score (p< 0.01), but the self-harmony Scale stereotype dimension and trauma Scale separation appeared no significant correlation (p> 0.05).3. The family-PTSD teenagers’self-esteem, self-harmony and mental health levels predicted correlated, and the correlation was positive significantly (p<0.01); and self-esteem, self harmony has an important positive prediction function on mental health. Self harmonious total score can explain 50.9%of the MHT total score,and Self-Esteem Score can explain 3.8% of the MHT total score, both of which arepredicted to reach a significant level (p<0.01,p<0.05).4. The interventional rate of SFBT group intervention to resolve family-PTSD teenagers’positive symptoms was 81.82%, and contrasted the test scores before and after, in addition to broke dimension of the Trauma Scale showed no significant difference (p> 0.05), avoidance, separation, high alertness dimensions and Trauma Scores achieved significant differences significantly in statistical (p<0.05), but the control group before and after test scores showed no significant difference (p>0.05).5. SFBT group intervention had a remarkable effect on family-PTSD teenagers in self-esteem, self-harmony and mental health levels; After the intervention, their self-esteem dimensions, not-harmonious self experience dimensions, harmonious experience dimensions, and total score of mental health were significantly lower (p< 0.000); in terms of the dimensions of self-harmony, flexibility, and not-harmonious self experience dimensions,they also had significant differences (p<0.05). 6. After the Solution Focused Brief Therapy individual intervention, there was aimprovement of PTSD teenagers in their trauma disorders level, self-esteem level, self-harmony level, and the overall level of mental health. Conclusions: 1. The psychological development level of family PTSD teenagers wassignificantly lower than the normal adolescent. 2. The self-esteem and self-harmony levels of family post-traumatic stress disorderteenagers, can positively predict the change of their mental health levels. 3. After the Solution Focused Brief Therapy, There was a significant effect on thepositive symptoms of family PTSD teenagers. 4. Solution Focused Brief Therapy can significantly improve the self-esteem,self-harmony, and mental health levels of family PTSD teenagers. 5. The group intervention and individual intervention, which were based on thetheory of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, are suitable for PTSD teenagers group, and the intervention effect is significant.
