The teaching of modal particles is very important in teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, and it’s also the one of the most difficulties for foreign students. The correct use and expression of modal particles is an important means to enhance their Chinese communicative effect. Modal particles are the key point of teaching of Chinese language. From the point of the comparative in this paper, we study the grammatical meaning, syntactic distribution and pragmatic function of "ba" and "ne" in common foreign language teaching materials. In order to change the teaching idea, help students improve their learning efficiency and communicative ability; we combine the study of teaching materials and classroom teaching to observe the errors of the students from a new angle of teaching.The Full text is divided into three parts:preface, body and summarize, the body is composed of three parts:teaching material research, errors analysis and investigation, classroom teaching.The introduction mainly elaborates the research origin, explores and organizes the related research results, illustrates the research targets and contents, points out the research methods and the sources of corpus.Firstly,this paper selected 《The Development of Chinese》 as the research object. Analyzing and arranging the usage of "ba" and "ne" from the view of grammatical meaning, syntax position on the distribution and pragmatic functions. Combined with comparative analysis method,comparatively analyzed the scholars research results,《The Outline of HSK Level Standards and Grammar Level》 as well as the 《The Development of Chinese》 together, concluded the main meaning and usage of "ba" and "ne", and compared content situation in the 《The Development of Chinese》 in detail in order to found the advantages and disadvantages of the textbooks. Secondly, this paper utilized the students of Overseas Education College of Yangzhou University and HSK dynamic composition corpus as the object of investigation and analysis, designed two different questionnaires. The paper cleared up the errors and concluded the errors system and reasons.Finally, on the basis of the first two chapters of the study, the author designed the targeted classroom teaching, which through selected one of the most common mistakes knowledge and combined with the specific knowledge about "ba" and "ne"in book ((The Development of Chinese》 teaching activities as the materials. The author also showed the usage of "ba" and "ne"in the form of a comparison to students. Compared with the traditional teaching method through practice, the paper reflected teaching activities, and put forward improvement opinion.In the conclusion part, the paper summarized the study of above, conclusion the main content and the research results, and prospects the future research trend.
