An Analysis Of Feminine Consciousness In Frieda 's Painting

The birth and fast development of Feminist Painting have been a greatest breakthrough to the modern art.In the second half of the 20th century, the female artists began to be more and more concerned about themselves with the social development and the appearance of Western Feminist. During their painting, the female artists observed and recorded carefully their daily life and emotion world in their special female perspective.Because of their inspiration and the worship of Feminist,a lot of female artists were coming out,setting up a new era which is belonging to the females only!The influence of female consciousness in the paintings grew gradually to be mature with the painters day and day,not overnight. They integrated their female consciousness into their paintings so that the paintings are filled with life showing ther:special female favor.With the development of times,the works of the female artists are starting to be different from those of the male artists.And the female artists improved this step by step to build up their own independent space,meanwhile,they had more achievements in painting.Frida is a female artist whose influence has been the greatest in modern life.She showed strong and unyielding in her works,also showed the charming of the Mexico traditional art.The sufferings and tribulations she as well as her country has endured are lamentable.But they are not overwhelmed.The miserable fate just make her indomitableness more precious and dazzling. In this passage,we analyzed the feminism characteristics in Frida Kahl’s paintings form her paintings’background,contents,and characteristics,who is the leader of Mexico’s female artists.We are trying to reach the profound meaning in her painting through the analysis of her typical paintings in order to show the special charming of the female painting.There are four chapters in this passage.Beginning with the discussion of female consciousness and female paintings,and then turn to the reason why this characteristic appeared.Finally,we concluded Frida’s influence to the other artists by analyzing in the ways of it’s spirit and painting style.Through narration and analysis of the Feminism in he paintings,we want to invoke more artists to deepen their cognition of Feminism in their following practices in theory and painting.Meanwhile,the analysis also makes me conclude and reflect in my future painting process.The main purposes of essay are to have a thorough understand of Feminism in Frida’s paintings.And this understanding is of great meaning to writer’s development in painting in the future,as well as to other painters.
