A Study On Citizen 's Environmental Moral Problems

In recent years, the world faces a common problem—the environment. Environmental problems are caused by many factors, such as the irrational exploitation of resource, household waste and industrial "three types of wastes". The western country affected by the baptism of industrial civilization firstly, also the first to suffer the harm to the environment for human life. With the development of the society, environmental problems existing in China also, but our citizens ignored these problems. Citizens’ environmental consciousness is weak, which is one of the fundamental causes of the environmental problems in China. Over a long period of time, citizens simply think they have the right to ask for natural resources, think only man is the master of nature, until the natural disasters coming to wake up. From the perspective of the rights and obligations of citizens, the article reveals that citizens not only have the right to enjoy good ecological environment and also have the obligation of protecting the ecological environment. Citizen should not destroy the natural purely for personal interest; should pay attention to the social public interests. And citizens in our country are lack of consciousness of the public interest, leading to serious environmental problems. And discusses the related theory of previous elaboration of environmental ethics, with these ethics as the foundation, the formation of environmental ethics is deduced. From the individual citizens, the enterprise citizens and the government three aspects, the author analyzes the reasons of our country civil environmental moral problems and put forward the measures to solve the problems.The report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the construction of ecological civilization up to strategic height. This is due to the ecological civilization construction to improve ecological damage and shortage of resources and it can coordinator and nature harmonious development. Party’s Eighteenth report is a new starting point of the environmental problems of governance in China, hope in this context through the discussion of this paper can cause the attention of citizens of environmental ethics, to solve the problem of citizens’ environmental ethic as soon as possible, make the ecological civilization construction in our country better.
