With urbanization, RBD in our country has become three-dimensional and compound. On one hand, recreation, leisure, tourism and sightseeing etc. are compatible here, on the other hand, intersection and overlap in space has increasingly characterized it as complex and diverse, which make it difficult for the customers to have a clear understanding about the project’s regional information and commercial object. It is not enough to describe such a complex space only with the simple "north and south, east and west". Therefore, the guide design in space is faced with new challenges. With the advent of the digital age, the new digital media art provides the guide design with the new mode and means of transmission by influencing its design process, style and thinking pattern. On the basis of digitized mode and methods of transmission, this design focuses on the comprehensive application of interactive design and the construction roaming animation design on account of the 3D digital animation technology in new digital media art to achieve the goal of people’s access to information, which is a kind of entirely new design thinking. What is different from the traditional guide design is that this design is committed to interactivity, comprehensiveness and a strong sense of immersion caused by the digital technology, in addition to the instruction and identification functions that the traditional guide design has. The powerful digital media technology allows viewers to choose the guide information that they need on their own, while enjoying the visual and auditory art brought by the digital image. This design is an innovation on the digital guide design with the help of the new transmission mode in the digital media art.
