| As one type of commercial contract, the real estate sales contract has characters of systematicness, normalization and specialization, etc. This report studies the Chinese-English translation of real estate sales contracts. The author summarizes that most of the complex sentences in the sales contracts of real estate are multiple complex sentences. This report mainly discusses and analyzes the compound sentences, hypothesis sentences and sequence sentences in the Chinese real estate sales contracts by the linear translation, division translation and synthesization translation. The author hopes that this report will enlighten the translation of real estate sales contracts in the future, help the Buyer and the Seller avoid dispute, and guarantee their rights and interests. |
