In recent years, the issue of migrant children has aroused extensive attention.Literature study found that self-esteem was their own overall attitudes andperceptions. Achievement motivation is the individual’s internal motivation to achievethe intended goals. SWB is an inner experience of the individual. And self-esteem,achievement motivation and SWB relationships between any. In this study,questionnaires news Road Primary School in Kunming Wuhua fifth and sixth gradestudents self-esteem, achievement motivation, the relationship between subjectivewell-being were analyzed to explore.Main conclusions are:1、 migrant children discipline, ability scores were significantly higher thannon-migrant children.2、migrant and non-migrant children, children in achievement motivation there isno significant difference.3、migrant children SWB academic satisfaction, environmental satisfaction scoreswere significantly lower than non-migrant children.4、children of migrant workers a sense of achievement was significantly higherthan boys girls, children of migrant workers rather than the girls at the Friendshipsatisfaction, school satisfaction, school satisfaction, freedom satisfaction issignificantly higher than boys, children of non-migrant boys in a negative emotionalsignificantly higher than girls.5、the only child of migrant children a sense of achievement was significantlyhigher than one child, in the subjective dimension of happiness positive emotions alsoscored significantly higher than non-child.6、children of migrant workers who have good scores in the sense of achievement,ability to significantly higher scores in the lower grades students, the students scoresignificantly higher on achievement in the lower grades students; and students in thepursuit of good grades successful achievement motivation is significantly higher than in the middle and lower student achievement, and good grades on students’motivation to avoid failure was significantly lower than in the lower grades students;good grades on students’ academic satisfaction scores were significantly higher thanin the lower grades students.7、migrant children, self-esteem and motivation to succeed is negatively correlatedpositively correlated with avoiding failure. Self-esteem and life satisfaction, positiveemotions were negatively correlated with negative emotions were positivelycorrelated. Achievement motivation and life satisfaction, positive emotions werepositively correlated, negatively correlated with negative emotions.
