In recent years,there are many researches among narcissism andself-esteem and achievement motivation.And there are a relatively large conclusionsfrom abroad.However,due to differences in national conditions and culture, we can notuse the results directly.This paper tries to study the impact of the three factors, todiscuss the relationship between narcissism,self-esteem and achievement motivation.It takes a stratified random sampling method and conducts a questionnaire surveyin800people from SES,AMS and NPQ.Three universities in Hefei. questionnairesurvey the relationship between narcissism, self-esteem and achievement motivationbased on the factor affect them.Result:(1)There is a very significant difference in gender of students’ covertnarcissism, and girls than boys in covert narcissism levels.In four dimensionsnarcissistic desire, right dominate,sense of superiority, a sense of privilege andself-admiration, there are very significant differences in gender superiority.For a senseof right and privileges are also significant differences.And there is a very significantgender differences in the susceptibility covert narcissism qualitativedimension.Meanwhile, there are significant gender differences in the self-esteem ofcollege students.(2) There are significant differences between urban and rural areas inthe dominant superiority dimension of narcissism.There were significant differences inself-esteem in grades four, while.While the presence of extremely significant gradedifferences under achievement motivation to avoid failure.(3)Narcissism andself-esteem is the dominant mediating variables to succeed,and implicit sexualnarcissism and avoid failure mediating variables.
