Junior students learning burnout means that students are under the long-termacademic pressure and load is too heavy and the emotion, attitude and behavior of theloss or failure phenomenon. Research on junior students learning burnout status andput forward effective strategies, help students physical and mental health, academicprogress, continued to junior high school students study life.In this study, based on the literature research, and questionnaire survey wasconducted on603junior students from Rende No.1Middle School and YangjieMiddle School in Xundian,kunming, Yunnan. The junior students learning burnoutquestionnaire of Zhou Wenjing in Sichuan normal university (2008) was used for thetool. On the data statistics, analysis and discussion. And some students who have thetypical learning burnout performance were interviewed.The final conclusion is as follows:(1) The junior students learning burnout ismoderate, on the three dimensions of learning burnout, scoring from high to low inorder, the low personal accomplishment, the emotional and physical exhaustion,behavorial unsuitableness.(2) The internal cause: Sex has a significant effect onstudents’ study. On the two dimensions of the emotional and physical exhaustion,behavorial unsuitableness, boys’ learning burnout scores are significantly higher thangirls’. Different grade of junior students, have different learning burnout levels. Thescores of Grade Two is higher than the scores of Grade One. The scores of GradeThree is higher than the scores of Grade Two. Since the performance evaluation ofhigh levels of students, academic burnout score was significantly lower than othergroups of students; The students who are leaders get significantly higher scores thanthe students who aren’t leaders; On the low personal accomplishment, the students with urban registered permanent residence who get lower scores than the studentswith rural registered permanent residence; Nation, school do not have a significantimpact on junior high school students learning burnout; Students’ attribution style andMental toughness have a significant impact on learning burnout;The levels ofparents’ knowledge has a significant effect on students’ study. The students whoselevels of parents’ knowledge are the highest get the lowest scores. On the lowpersonal accomplishment, the students whose parents are civil servants or businesspersonnel get significantly lower scores than the ones who parents are farmers,workers or unemployed; Parents’ religions have no effect on the junior middle schoolstudents learning burnout; Unknown family economic income or family economicincome usually low The student burnout score is significantly higher than the studentswith high family economic income groups; The students who are low economicincome of a family or the ones who are economic income of a family isn’t known getmuch higher scores than the students who are high economic income of a family.(3) The external cause: The class atmosphere has an significant impact on juniormiddle school students learning burnout. The class atmosphere has a significantimpact on junior students learning burnout. On the three dimensions of learningburnout, scoring from high to low in order, the class with poor atmosphere, the classwith general atmasphere, the class with good atmosphere; The teacher’s teaching levelhas a significant impact on junior students learning burnout. On the learning burnoutof three dimensions, the teachers’ teaching levels are poor, the students’ scores are thehighest, the teachers’ teaching levels are general, the students’ scores are higher, theteachers’ teaching levels are good, the students’ scores are the lowest.The conclusion of case study supports the existing research results, and dig outsome further factors that affect the junior middle school students’ learning burnout,these include family factors, parents’ quality are the important influencing factors;Bad peer, network, the students’ attribution style, mental toughness, social supportand teachers affect students’ learning burnout.Finally, according to the results, the appropriate teaching solutions are proposedto help ease the junior students’ learning burnout.
