| Abstract:Based on the translation of some selected sections of the English novel In Office Hours, the thesis aims to explore some issues as well as practical approaches in the translation. Cultural differences, message translation, buzz words, and pop-fiction colors and long sentence translation are respectively discussed within the thesis, which could offer some insights and applicable methods in fiction translation. |
