Literary notes is a scattered letter records.And as a literary genre,it had already pregnanted and budded in the pre-qin period.Its development in the song dynasty,both quantity and quality,have reached a peak.This kind of style,occupies a certain proportion in Chinese ancient literature works."Lu Pu Note"is one of the typical references,the book have a wide range of content,about the statistical system of textual research and the historical records,for related research has a great value.In addition to the historical records,Liu Changshi have gave his opinions of history books,language,geography and other aspects,so the book have important academic value.Yet so far it doesn’t form a comprehensive research for this book.About the author,compile and its versions are not clear,and its value haven’t give full played.So this paper throughout the book and on the basis of summarizd the previous research results,comprehensive study this book and discuss its historical value,literary value.The article is divided into five parts.The first part introduce the reason why choose the subject and significance,summarize the current research of this book,pointed out the use of research methods.The second part refer to historical materials,for Liu Changshi’s life,the compilation,description and version,on the base of the research results to generalize and complementary.The third part simply generalized "Lu Pu Note" material sources,further study of the exegesis information,geography and Nenggaizhai Manlu’s errors.The fourth part have compared "Lu Pu Note" with history books,and discussed its historical value.The fifth part analyze "Lu Pu Note" save the poetry works and reflect the literary phenomenon two aspects to understand its literary.
