This paper mainly discusses the female writers’ novels during the enemy-occupied period of Shanghai(from December8,1941to August15,1945).Around this center,on the one hand,compare the female writers’ novels with the male writers’ novels in Shanghai,on the other hand,compare them with the female writers’ novels in the enemy-occupied areas of northeast China and northern China,from the context of war,discuss the war on the advantages and disadvantages of female novel traits,in order to show the full view of the female writers’ novels during the enemy-occupied period of Shanghai,do not ignore the macro inspection summary. The article is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the female writers’ speaking environment on the background of war,including the unique feature of Shanghai city,the cultural policy of Wang puppet government and the female journals publishing,describe the full view of the female writers’ novels during the enemy-occupied period of Shanghai.The second part discusses the theme of the novels, compare them with the female writers’ novels in the enemy-occupied areas of northeast China and northern China,point out that the female writers’ novels during the enemy-occupied period of Shanghai don’t completely escape the politics and war,they hid their national emotion,pursue own independent,build an ideal spiritual home by nostalgia and religion.The third part analyzes the narrative strategies of the female writers’ novels, including the attention to daily life and detail description,using the space imagery, compare the female writers’ novels with the male writers’ novels in Shanghai,we draw a conclusion that the roundabout narrative strategy is not only a sensible survival strategy,but also a technical strategy based on female culture criticism,it has the practical significance.The last part discusses the historical significance and the literary significance based on the analysis of the first three chapters.The female writers’ novels during the enemy-occupied period of Shanghai are people’s spiritual food,and they produce a far-reaching impact on the female writers in Shanghai since90s on the meanings and forms.
