Language is the carrier of culture, the relationship between language and culture are interdependent. Along with language teaching is necessarily intervention with cultural teaching, this is all the common language, Chinese language is no exception. Culture teaching embodies as the teaching of cultural factors, in view of the main to cultivate communicative competence of oral English teaching, especially for the learners of the primary stage, will directly affect the later into the advanced stage of language learning. In this paper, three different set of characteristics, the primary culture of Chinese as a foreign language spoken language teaching material points were analyzed, summarized and the characteristics of the inductive choreography. From the culture of the three sets of textbooks point summed up the cultural factors on the choices of teaching problem, hope for the primary stage of writing to the cultural content and teaching Chinese as a foreign language to provide referential Suggestions.The author based on the analysis comparison, the three sets of primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language spoken language teaching material reflects well the teaching principle of the combination of language teaching and culture teaching, but there are still some cultural factors content filtering inappropriate when. For learners to correct understanding of Chinese culture and to develop communicative competence, was less perfect arrangement way, inflexible and lack of systematic, so adverse to the cultural factors teaching results. Statistics and analysis of comprehensive articles on teaching materials, the author of Chinese spoken language teaching material culture point layout put forward the following Suggestions:follow the principle of language and auxiliary culture; Import culture points to keep pace with The Times, abandon the points of culture and language has no; Cultural point of primary materials should pay attention to quality and quantity, gradual and orderly arrangement; The writing of the primary spoken language teaching material will give knowledge of and interest in merger and acquisition; The culture content arrangement to consciously cultivate learners’ cultural cognition.
