A Comparative Study Of Phonetics In

Weishan country,which is located in the southwest of Shandong province,haslong and narrow terrain.Its dialect belongs to Cailu part of Central Mandarin,westpart of Shandong dialect.Weishan dialect has always been less affected by theattention of scholars and lacked of systematic study,especially in phonetics.From itsspecial geographical position,the north,south,west,east of Weishan is close toJinan,Taian,and Xuzhou of Jiangsu province,Heze,Henan province,andLinyi,respectively;from northern Mandarin,the north,south,west,east is next to JiluMandarin,Luoxu part,Zhengcao part of Central Mandarin,JiaoliaoMandarin,respectively.Thus it can be seen that,from west to east,south tonorth,Weishan dialect,which is in the transition zone of Central Mandarin,JiluMandarin and Jiaoliao Mandarin,has complicated compositions.Mapo town,which is located in the north of Weishan,is different from the southpart and that is represented by Xia town.This paper is based on the results of otherresearchers and the shortages,and it takes the Mapo dialect for present.First,makes astudy of the sound system of Mapo dialect,and then,makes comparative study on thedialect around it.At last,makes research on the wandering quality of initials of thezhi-zhuang-zhang groups in Mandarin dialects.This paper has four chapters.Chapter one makes an introduction,which mainly describes thegeography,history and culture and present research situation,as well as the idea ofthe research,the method.Chapter two is general situation of phonetic,it includes the term ofphoneme,the literary and colloquial reading,and also,sums up the phonetic featuresbasing on the comparison to Chinese Mid-ancient pronunciation.Chapter three makes study on comparative study on the dialect aroundit.First,chose four dialect from Cailu part to reflect the differences,and then expandterritory,compares Mapo of Weishan dialect to Luoxu part,Zhengcao part,JiluMandarin and Jiaoliao Mandarin,and then draw conclusions from it.Chapter four, makes research on the wandering quality of initials of the zhi-zhuang-zhang groups in Mandarin dialects,the manifestation and the reasonanalysis of it.
