Objective: To explore the influence from self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction to heat shock protein 70 and nuclear factor KB in serums of rats which have tachycardiac arrhythmia.Methods: We randomly chose 12 rats as blank control group A from 70 healthy male SD rat, and the rest was induced to produce stimulation by irritating emotion. We monitored electrocardiogram of the rest rats everyday, and chose 48 rats from rats which were built model successfully two weeks later. They were randomly divided into four groups. Model group B was given 2ml physiological saline every rat, group C was given self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction by lavage in the dose of 100 ml/kg, group D was given metoprolol tartrate tablets by lavage in the dose of 0.1 mg/kg, while group E was given self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction(100 ml/kg) and metoprolol tartrate tablets(0.1 mg/kg) by lavage. The feeding process was last for 14 consecutive days and the blood sampling of all rats was at a frequency of once a day for all groups. In the end, we used the ELISA method to detect the content of heat shock protein(hsp70) and nuclear factor of KB(NF- KB) in serums. Results: 1, the contents of heat shock protein(hsp70) in serums of group C, group D and group E were significantly higher than that of control group A before building model(P < 0.05). 2, group C and group E were both significantly higher than group B in the contents of HSP70 in serums(P < 0.05). 3, the elevated degree of HSP70 in serums of group B was not obvious than that of group A(P > 0.05). 4, the elevated degree of HSP70 in serums of group D was not obvious than that of group B(P > 0.05).(P > 0.05). 5, the contents of NF- KB in serums of group C and group D were significantly higher than that of control group A(P < 0.05).6, the elevated degree of NF- KB in serums of group B and group E was not obvious than that of group A(P > 0.05). 7, group D was significantly higher than group C and group E in the contents of NF- KB in serums(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the self-made Pingmal Dingji Direction can treat tachycardiac arrhythmia by promoting the activation and expression of HSP70 and inhibiting the activation and expression of NF- KB.This experiment reminds us that the self-made Pingmal Dingji Direction has the multi-channel and multifaceted characteristics in the treatment of tachycardiac arrhythmia and has the incomparable advantage over western medicine.Conclusion: 1. The rapidity of modern stimulation induced the occurrence of arrhythmia, cause dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. 2. Heat shock protein 70, and nuclear factor kappa B involved by modern stimulate a predominate the quickness of pathophysiological process of arrhythmia. 3. Self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction treatment of rapidity in arrhythmia has many ways, multifaceted treatment characteristic, has the incomparable advantage over western medicine. 4. Self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction can alleviate the speediness arrhythmias in patients with anxiety, depression, insomnia and spirit of modern diseases. 5. Detection of HSP70 in serum, the nf-kappa B content changes, may help to evaluate the incidence of rapid arrhythmia. 6. By acting on Self-made Pingmai Dingji Direction regulation by the HSP70, NF- KB complicated molecular mechanisms and give play to the role of the quickness of arrhythmia its control.
