Professor Jiang Shumin 's Experience In Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease From Blood Disorder

Purpose:To summarize Professor Jiang Shumin’s thoughts of syndrome differentiation and medication experience, which is used to treat nonalcoholic fatty liver disease from qi and blood disorders.Material and method: With the words "fatty liver" or "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease" or "Ganzhuo" or "Zhengjia" or "Jiju" being the keywords, searching for 1260 literature related on CNKI, and then screening roughly and reading intensively on purpose of more than 800, excluding the relevant literature which does not meet the requirements. Also combined with the relevant 40 medical cases of illness from January 1st, 2015 to December 1st, 2015, which being summarized and analyzed.Results: The analysis reveals that the Professor Jiang Shumin owes the qi and blood disorders to the pathological basis of the occurrence and development of nonalcoholic fatty liver, along with the pathological products, phlegm and blood stagnation being the important causative factor in promoting the development of the disease. In the course of treatment which is based on syndrome differentiation, through regulating the flow of qi of the spleen and the stomach, the liver and the lung and driving out the stagnation to develop thehealthy qi and eliminate the pathological products to achieve the clinical purpose.Conclusion:The function of liver, holding the blood belongs to the nature of yin,while promoting the circulation of qi belongs to yang. Based on the nature,treating the disease on the disorders of qi and blood disorders can grasp of the law of development and pathogenesis of the disease on a strategic height, and it is often more effective. The methods are worthy of population in clinical practice, and need to be further studied and completed.
