The Characteristics Of Children With Chronic Cough After Repeated Pneumonia And Clinical Analysis Of TCM Syndromes

Purpose:By collating Xue-feng Wang, a professor at the clinic, 510 cases of chronic cough in children with recurrent pneumonia and chronic cough clinical characteristic and the correlation of TCM syndrome types, provide the basis for guiding clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Material and method:Collection in March 2015 to December 2015 Xue-feng Wang professor in outpatient departments of 510 cases of chronic cough in children with times, since the quasi pediatric chronic cough clinical symptoms observation table, through the general condition, past medical history, family history, the main symptoms and signs as well as physical and chemical inspection data record, observe its clinical characteristic and TCM syndrome type distribution, and for the great physical effects.Result: 1. Preschool children with high frequency of 66.02, special intrinsic quality children’s frequency of occurrence to 58.25%, showing after repeated pneumonia are at a higher risk of developing a disease of chronic cough. 2. Recurrent pneumonia children with chronic cough, night sweats, unquiet sleep, defecate is dry, spontaneous perspiration, less food, the partial eclipse, pee is yellow the seven symptoms frequency higher than non recurrent pneumonia in children with chronic cough, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3. Whether the recurrent pneumonia after chronic cough in children with two groups of, repeated pneumonia children with chronic cough with lung yin deficiency heat, phlegm heat obstructing the lung and lung spleen qi deficiency the three syndromes, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Preschool children and the intrinsic quality of children more easily in the repeated pneumonia after chronic cough.2.Recurrent pneumonia after chronic cough in children is more much see, night sweats and unquiet sleep, defecate is dry, spontaneous perspiration, less food, the partial eclipse, pee is yellow the seven symptoms. 3.Recurrent pneumonia after the chronic cough TCM syndrome mainly to yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome.
