Purpose:To investigate the related factors of atopic dermatitis( AD) in 1-12 months infant which providing clinical basis for the prevention and controlling of AD.Material and method:126 cases of AD in 1-12 months infants from January 2015 to January 2016 in department of allergy in PLA NO.202 hospital were collected in research group. At the same time 142 cases of healthy infants in department of child health were collected in controlled group. This research through the way of questionnaire survey to investigate and analysis of AD infant by chi-square method, seven related factors including family history, gestational age, mode of production, type of infant feeding, add consisting of time, smoking environment and keeping pets. Then using multivariate logistic regression analysis method to investigate various factors related to AD.Results: 1. Research group has 126 cases of AD infants, including 71 boys and 55 girls, boys accounting for 56.35% and girls accounting for 43.65%;controlled group has 142 cases of healthy infants, including 79 boys and 63 girls, boys accounting for 55.63% and girls accounting for 44.37%.No significant difference between the two groups on the sex by chi-square test(χ2=0.014, P=0.906). 2. In the analysis of relevant factors, research on the relationship between personal factors and AD, by the chi-square test including the family history(χ2=35.165,P=0.000),gestational age(χ2=0.003,P=0.959), mode of production(χ2=28.711,P=0.000), type of feeding(χ2=7.436,P=0.024) and add consisting of time(χ2=0.212,P=0.645), the family history, baby production mode and type of feeding have statistical significance. 3. Research on the relationship between environmental factors and AD, by the chi-square test including smoking environment(χ2=11.955,P=0.001) and keeping pets(χ2=6.080,P=0.014), smoking environment and keeping pets have statistical significance. 4. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed for related factors show that the family history(OR=7.105) and production mode(0R=6.771) have the strongest correlationwith AD.Conclusion: 1. Personal factors of family history, mode of production and feeding way are the related factors of AD in 1-12 months infant. 2. Environmental factors of the smoking environment and keeping pets are the related factors of AD in 1-12 months infant. 3. The family history and mode of production are the main related factors of AD in 1-12 months infant.
